What we collect
When you apply, we collect the information you submit (name, email, school details, answers, and any files you upload). We also store application status, messages with our team, and interview scheduling details.
How we use it
We use your data to review applications, communicate about your status, schedule interviews, and improve our hiring process. We do not sell applicant data.
Where it is stored
Application data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted infrastructure) with row-level access controls. Files you upload are stored in private storage buckets.
Who can see it
Achieve hiring staff and reviewers assigned to your application can view your submission. We do not share your application with third parties except infrastructure providers needed to run the portal (e.g. email delivery).
Your choices
You can withdraw an application from your dashboard while it is in progress. To request deletion of your data, email [email protected].
